Cloth manufacturing

Cloth made from loom to dye

zamzam fabrics runs its own looms and dyeing process, turning yarn into finished cloth in one production run.

How cloth is made

Three stages in our production

Each stage of cloth manufacturing happens in our facility, from weaving on mechanical looms to dyeing and final inspection.

Mechanical weaving

Yarn is woven into cloth on our mechanical looms, setting the structure of each fabric.

In-house dyeing

Woven cloth moves into our dyeing process, where color is applied as part of the production run.

Yardage inspection

Finished yardage is inspected before it leaves the mill, so each run matches its specification.

From yarn to cloth

Structured production runs

Raw yarn is set up on the looms for each order's yarn and yardage requirements, then woven into cloth, dyed, and inspected as one continuous run.

Each production run follows the specification for that order, so the cloth you receive matches what was planned at the loom.
